Payment and delivery

Wood Baking Solutions sells online to business customers. The information below explains the main points to review before placing an order.

Prices and VAT

Catalogue prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated according to the billing information and the applicable rules. You will see the complete order summary before payment.

Online payment

You can pay securely online after selecting the product, variation and number of cartons. The available payment methods appear during checkout.

Made-to-order production

Products are manufactured after the order is accepted. The estimated manufacturing lead time for the complete range is 6 to 7 weeks. This information is displayed before payment.

Delivery in Poland

At launch, online sales and delivery are available in Poland only. Orders are shipped on a pallet. One order may contain from 1 to 20 cartons, corresponding to a maximum of one pallet.

The delivery charge will appear in the basket and at checkout once the agreed carrier rate has been activated.
